Over a decade ago, when I was working as a chartered accountant and married to my then-husband, I felt so unsure of myself. I felt jealous of beautiful women and was constantly comparing myself to them.

  1. What a lovely woman Kristen is. I admired the way she told her story – not holding anything back. Speaking of her severe personal challenges as ‘dragons’ was inspiring.
    Her encouragement to find our joy by putting aside perhaps ten minutes a day to focus on whatever it is, echoes the practices you teach and demonstrate, Tarisha.
